Sam has a background in farming and work with native plants but has primarily spent the last seven years pursuing natural building, masonry heaters, wood-fired ovens and timber framing. His passion for building is rooted in a love of the natural world, and the role humanity plays in it.

Noah began his journey in timber framing and natural building in 2019. He received formal training in straw bale and natural building at Community Rebuilds (Moab, UT) and timber framing at The Island School of Building Arts (British Columbia). This led him to work with New Energy Works and Cascadia Vernacular in Oregon. Noah enjoys teaching others and learning from them in return. He lives in his timber framed tiny house in downtown Eugene. He’s always excited to share his latest projects and passions, and his enthusiasm is contagious!

Andrew is a generous and grounded individual who brings perseverance, feeling and attention to detail to his many crafts. His lifestyle is largely informed by the awareness of human's impact on the earth and a desire to tread lightly. He is very welcoming and is usually the first in a group to offer to prepare a meal for everyone, or to host a gathering.
